ONLINE AND PHONE COUNSELLING ARE A POPULAR CHOICE

Karen offers counselling and therapy to individual adults (over 18 yrs of age). For the past several years, she has offered online and phone counselling and therapy to her clients who travel for work and other purposes. This allows those individuals to continue counselling therapy with her without interruption. Progress can continue without delay.

Online and phone counselling and therapy is a growing field. Reports from satisfied clients and research show that it can be as effective as in-person counselling.
